Initial Visit & Evaluation

All initial visits begin with an evaluation. The reason for seeking care, medical history, and the goals of care are all discussed. A regional or complete musculoskeletal evaluation (depending on reason for seeking care) is performed. Any appropriate therapy is provided. Future treatment programs and of therapies are discussed.
