One-on-One Training
Whether you suffer from chronic back pain or are an elite athlete, the right exercise program is crucial for health and performance.

Stability, Endurance, Balance, Flexibility, Coordination of movement, Functional strength, & A positive attitude are essential components to a well designed exercise program. Daily exercise can increase your health and performance, free you from pain, and operating at your peak.
Theraballs and therabands, wobble discs and bosu dome, the aerobic stepper and korunta yoga ropes are a few of our props. We use our bodies for resistance, not machines. Very little weight training is involved.
The goal of One-On-One training is improved musculoskeletal function and neuromotor control.
The result is improved stability and function, ease of movement in the muscles and joints, and improved fitness.
